Healing Ourself and Others
Medicine Buddha Empowerment and Retreat
Saturday 17 - Sunday 18 March 2018

This weekend will introduce us to the practice of Medicine Buddha, the healing Buddha. Our health can bring us confusion, anxiety and many other troubled minds and pain. Discover how Medicine Buddha helps us get to the root of all pain and suffering, both physical and mental. Through connecting with him we can help bring true healing to our self and others.

An empowerment is a special blessing ceremony to make a close connection with enlightened Buddhas and develop their good qualities. It consists of meditations, blissful guided visualisstions and prayers followed by a teaching to explain the practice.

Please note: this is the new arrangement of this special weekend which was postponed from December 2017 due to weather conditions.

3.00pm - The practice of Healing Ourself and Others

Retreat - Chanted meditation and guided meditations at 10.00am, 11.45am and 2.30pm
