Start the week with a clear peaceful mind. These classes are simple guided breathing meditations with short talks on methods to develop and keep a happy mind in daily life in eight steps. Each is concluded with a meditation and brief prayers dedicated to peace. This is an eight week series and can be attended on drop in basis. Suitable for beginners and those with experience. We sit on chairs.
