Meditation functions to develop peace and calm in our mind to help us overcome the challenges we experience day to day. Learn how to make yourself and others happy in this special series of meditation classes. These meditation classes give practical methods so we can develop inner peace, thus reducing stress; helps us control our minds and permanently stop our problems. Everyone can learn. We sit on chairs and provide refreshments. Everyone welcome!
